Catherine Lawson, MD

Catherine Lawson, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. She obtained dual Bachelor of Science degrees with honors in biological sciences and chemistry from the University of California Irvine (UCI). She received her medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and returned to UCI to complete her residency in internal medicine.

Dr. Lawson is a native of Southern California and has been a practicing general internist for many years. Her career as an internist provided her the flexibility to practice medicine while raising a family. She is a strong proponent for healthy living and preventative care, and an assertive advocate for her patients.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking local trails, cooking for family and friends, as well as vintage car restoration. She is an abstract expressionistic painter and enjoys visiting the many local art museums in the greater Los Angeles area.
