Dr. Zareen Choudhury is a Family Medicine physician. After completing a double major at the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, she obtained her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
She quickly realized her passion for primary care and providing for patients from all walks of life. Through her work at Harbor-UCLA, Dr. Choudhury had the opportunity to care for extremely underserved and medically complex communities in Los Angeles County and enjoys volunteering in monthly free clinics for the homeless and won the Leadership in Community Service Award from Harbor-UCLA Family Medicine in 2018. She has experience in pediatric, adult, and geriatric medicine. Dr. Choudhury has received additional training in women’s health and completed an internship in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She also has additional experience in addiction and psychiatry, urgent care, adolescent medicine, sports medicine, and integrative medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Choudhury enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being near the ocean, watercolor, exercise, and music. In her practice, Dr. Choudhury plans to promote health, wellness, and patient-centered care. She is fluent in Spanish and welcomes patients of all ages, gender, orientations, and backgrounds.
