Frances A. McKindsey, MD

Dr. Frances McKindsey is a board certified specialist in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. She grew up in San Diego, earned earning her undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego, and received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, graduating with honors, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her residency training at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center, serving as administrative chief.

Dr. McKindsey has been practicing in the South Bay for the past 24 years in both group and private practice settings. She has a full range of experience in obstetrics resulting from her years in practice and working closely with high-risk patients. Her gynecological experience covers a wide array of surgical abilities including robotic assisted and laparoscopic surgeries, laparotomies and hysteroscopic procedures. She puts her patients first and prides herself on providing each one with great care and compassion.

She loves to travel, spend time outdoors and enjoys good food and wine.
