Torrance Memorial IPA is a multi-specialty physician network providing convenient access to high-quality and personalized care with over 500 primary care and specialty physicians, as well as nationally recognized Torrance Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Hardeep Chohan is board certified in Family Medicine. She grew up in Punjab, India, and moved to the United States at age15.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neuroscience with a minor in Healthcare and Social Issues at the University of California, San Diego. She earned her Medical Degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica and completed her residency at Eisenhower Health in Rancho Mirage, California.
She has a keen interest in chronic disease management and in targeting the root cause of illness using functional and integrative medicine concepts. Dr. Chohan is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
